You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email, or saving it to display on your phone, as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds online. Please call us or speak to a member of staff on site upon arrival.
On completion of your order, you will be sent an email containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival either in paper format or on your phone, or simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply save the email on your phone and display it when you arrive,or make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
Yes; although the upstairs downstairs tour won’t be possible, and some areas of the house may have impaired access, we will always help as much as possible.
Absolutely, however some activities will be dependent on spaces available on the day, if activities are full, then you can book at the castle for another date.
