Homemade Focaccia with Olive Oil and Root Vegetable Crisps

  • Roast Breast of Turkey, Stuffing and Pigs in Blankets with Pan Juice Gravy (contains Gluten)
  • Slow Braised Featherblade of Beef served with Horseradish Mash and a Star Anise Jus (contains Milk) (Gluten Free)
  • Fillet of Salmon in Caper Hollandaise Sauce (GF) (contains Eggs and Milk)
  • Carrot and Cashew Nut Roast in a Sage Jus (Vegan, GF, contains Nuts)
